V27.0 integration window

Owner live-lane grant: v27-integration, branch integration/v27.0-20261025.

This PR processes every open Inbox line with an explicit disposition and integrates the source-complete, non-superseded candidates selected in docs/V27_INBOX_INTEGRATION_MATRIX.md.

Included

• P0 activation/input, passive touch telemetry and startup black-box repairs from [INBOX/P0] Build 60 设备黑匣子回归修复提案：触控、A9压力测试与启动诊断 #64–[INBOX/P0] 全局触控记录器无障碍隔离：默认关闭、动态卸载与取消事件审计 #66, with per-file arbitration.
• Unified indexed Feature Library and a single Tool Center entry.
• Mission Control, RareLab, Productivity Lab, Emotion Garden and AetherLab.
• Story Lab E01, Lattice Clash and latest R7 native rhythm rendering.
• CodeScanner 2.5.2 QR flow, SwiftSoup 2.9.6 offline HTML reader, ZIPFoundation backup preflight.
• Version 27.0 / Build 62 and immutable unsigned-release notes.

Explicit exclusions

• Historical patches already absorbed by Build 58–61 were not replayed.
• Catalog-only/external-only/missing-vendor proposals are documented but not presented as shipped features.
• Duplicate generations were resolved to one canonical source line.
• Wire v4, SQLite v10, Keychain/identity, signing secrets and A9/A10 governance contracts are unchanged.
• [INBOX/P0] Build 60 设备黑匣子回归修复提案：触控、A9压力测试与启动诊断 #64's proposed God Mode animation downgrade was rejected; the existing high-quality override remains.

Local verification

• Repository static preflight passed through all non-Apple checks; local host lacks xcrun.
• All Swift sources parse under Swift 6.2.4 Linux frontend.
• Info.plist parse and diff whitespace checks pass.

Merge and IPA publication are gated on exact-head macOS iOS build and complete XCTest success.
