receipt, receipt-init and receipt-report now carry disable-model-invocation: true, so they leave the model's skill listing (~163 fewer tokens per turn) and run only when the user types the slash command. ai-history and verify-chain are read-only and stay model-invocable; the receipt-integrity knowledge skill is unchanged. claude plugin validate passes; 125 tests pass.
