• add a reusable weekly note page date utility
• register <%WEEKLYNOTEPAGE:…%> with SmartBlocks-compatible NLP and DATEBASIS handling
• respect WorkBench weekly boundaries and configured page-title formats
• re-register safely when SmartBlocks reloads and document the command
• release as WorkBench 1.9.0

• npm run build:roam
• 8 fixed-date assertions covering requested expressions, custom boundaries, and invalid formats
• focused tsc --noEmit: no diagnostics in changed source files (repository has existing unrelated jumpNav/livePreview diagnostics)
• compiled extension executed in logged-in Roam with ISO and DNP DATEBASIS checks, SmartBlocks reload coverage, and zero page/console errors
• independent internal review completed clean after fixes
