WEB-CONTENT-001 — Publish temporary September meeting locations #685

Officer impact: Prospective members and current runners can see the temporary September 19 and September 26 meeting locations before leaving for the Saturday run.

Officer documentation: docs/officers/UPDATE_PUBLIC_CONTENT.md records the dated wording, expiry, preview checks, and safe undo; the completed release truth is also recorded across the current root and officer continuity documents through PR #688.

Deployment evidence: Signed-out phone and desktop preview, exact-source Netlify publication, and live runmprc.com verification passed. No Firebase, Rules, Functions, indexes, DNS, account, member data, payment, registration, or provider configuration changed.

Approved source facts

• Saturday, September 19, 2026: meet at 8:45 AM at the restrooms next to the Seal Point dog park. Parking may be difficult because the City of San Mateo Coastal Cleanup begins there at 9:00 AM.
• Saturday, September 26, 2026: meet at 8:45 AM at The Kite School area in Baywinds Park, 30 Lakeside Drive, Foster City, for the run and social. Congregate on the artificial-turf area south of the restrooms, toward the San Mateo Bridge.
• The club email carrying these facts was already sent by RUN MPRC on September 12, 2026 at 5:43 PM. Do not send a duplicate.
• The Run MPRC WhatsApp Announcements group does not yet show this notice. Its disappearing-message setting is currently Off; no duration has been approved.

The notice is fixed public information only. It must remain visible while relevant, remove the September 19 item after that date, and remove itself completely after September 26 in Pacific time. It must not create a form, request, account action, analytics event, database write, or provider call.

Allowed states: drafted -> tested -> reviewed preview -> exact-source publication -> live verified -> automatic expiry.

Failure cases: wrong park or restroom, stale first item after September 19, stale banner after September 26, hidden/clipped page content, unreadable phone layout, incorrect map target, accumulated unreviewed main behavior in the live artifact, or any Firebase/provider/data action.

• September 19 links to the dog-park-adjacent restroom, not the existing northern restroom pin.
• September 26 names Baywinds Park and The Kite School with the public map link.
• Tests prove both notices before September 20, only September 26 from September 20 through September 26, and no notice from September 27 Pacific.
• Phone and desktop preview show no clipping, overlap, horizontal overflow, or hidden page title.
• A second reviewer checks the exact diff and evidence.
• Publication uses a frozen projection from current live source and does not publish accumulated current main.
• runmprc.com and the release marker are verified after publication.
• WhatsApp send and disappearing-message choice are confirmed separately at action time.
