Outcome
Arms one exact-parent, one-shot Netlify release for the disabled profile-photo/searchability and officer People Finder interface. The published input is a frozen nine-path projection over the known-good live source; no connected member-directory service is included. Closes #623 after publication, repause, and final readback.
Officer impact: Officers may later see only a disabled People Finder interface behind the existing administrator guard. Search is explicitly not connected; no name, photo, setting, result, or member-directory request is accepted.
Officer documentation:
OFFICER_START_HERE.md,docs/officers/README.md,docs/officers/PUBLISH_AND_CHECK.md, anddocs/officers/EVENTS_SHOP_MEMBERS.mdnow describe the pending bounded release, signed-out proof, rollback, and repause.Deployment evidence: Frozen source
