Outcome
Re-disables the temporary #623 Netlify production authority immediately after the exact inert-interface artifact is published and read back. Do not merge this PR until production deploy
6a7e072f8f346b0008510d29is ready and its public marker/routes are verified.Officer impact: None to visible content. This restores the fail-closed hosting control; ordinary future merges must not publish production.
Officer documentation: None — the inherited #623 procedure already requires immediate repause, and final production-truth documentation follows actual publication and repause readback.
Deployment evidence: Exact head

It changes only manifestactive: truetofalse, the matching test expectation, and the inactive Netlify comment. All pinned source/tree/artifact/rollback identities are unchanged. Firebase, Rules, Functions, indexes, providers, accounts/sign-in, and production data are unchanged.Three independent reviews are GO. Release tests pass 14/14;
git diff --checkpasses; simulated production is denied and the ignore gate reports paused. After merge, its Netlify production attempt must remain unpublished and the newly verified #623 deploy/marker must remain live.This PR may use the normal merge method only after the release readback gate; it does not publish content.
