Self-review of a00cf73 complete under Dave sole-maintainer authorization. All six exact-head CI jobs and all steps passed in38186243483;22 local release cases pass. Existing reviewed account only, userinfo match before CLI use; token only in child environment, not argument/file/output; exact staging quota/destination; no ADC fallback. Reuse requires ancestor provenance plus actual downloaded identical bundle. No Function code, runtime permission, production release or payments changed. Nineteen genuine hosted boundary/membership/retry/ownership checks now pass against version1. Officer impact/documentation/deployment boundaries remain as in body. |

Deployment evidence: communityActions ACTIVE version1 from7e3dc451; native archive81228 bytes SHA256 1b78f38d8b5563e9e88482f68d5f57c3249c49c43c69b49eed3efbcd5fa7e148 matches source; native spec/public callable transport match; two profile versions2/1 unchanged. Hosted UI/test acceptance still pending; no production/payment operation. Final release comparison now compares label values independent of provider JSON key order. Hosting validates explicit owner-token email and keeps short-lived credential/quota project in child-process memory; no ADC fallback, saved login or token argument. Reuse requires ancestor Function commit, exact current-main bundle, strict native spec and downloaded source hash. Focused protected release22 tests pass; CI pending. Sole-maintainer self-review authorized by Dave; exact-head CI before merge/release.
