No Function/Rules/IAM/dependency/provider/payment/production change. Current hosted proof38 boundary/lifecycle plus four real page actions is recorded as dated first-release evidence, not future publication. Officer guide remains terminal/secret-free; fresh fixtures/cleanup still require specialist. Final style/mobile/recovery publication and707 closure follow staged acceptance only.
