Separate exact v2 capability; v1 behavior preserved; native caller/App Check/recent TOTP and live permission precede replay; strict server-only fake policy; global confirmation uniqueness; immutable transaction/audit; unlinked authority/zero account or claim mutation; bounded minimum view; no PII/free text/payment provider/production fallback. No new dependency, IAM, Function, Rule or workflow. Unit/full/emulator/Rules/frontend/type/lint/build and original paths pass; new warnings fixed without baseline weakening. No actionable source findings. Dave explicitly authorized self-review/admin merge as sole maintainer; all six exact-head/main CI jobs and steps remain release gates. Hosted native/UI/cleanup proof is still pending, so #716 remains OPEN. |
Records one fictional external-dues receipt on the existing staging service. It leaves the test membership unlinked and grants no account access, role or real payment state.
Officer impact: a separately permitted, freshly MFA-authenticated staging officer can record a made-up confirmation and review minimal receipts without terminal work. Real club dues rules remain unset.
Officer documentation: STAGING_COMMUNITY, entrypoint/handbook, Events-Shop-Members, glossary/maps and root design/security/commerce/operations/plan/backlog; current availability explicitly pending hosted proof.
Deployment evidence: none yet for this source. Existing staging ACTIVE/v2/57261ae, runtime6 permissions and native MFA/App Check read back unchanged. Separate fixed staging Function/Hosting/native UI/cleanup proof required after exact green main. Production/real data/payments/association/refunds are excluded.

Exact-head CI remains required before merge, and current main CI before deployment. Test/environment/type/line-length corrections recorded privately without disabling protections or changing baseline/dependencies/workflows.

Inspect actual diff, all six exact CI jobs/steps and staging source/provider gates; no deployment-protection bypass. #716 stays open until genuine native MFA/App Check, operator/negative/retry/race/offline/phone checks, exact owned cleanup and final no-terminal handoff pass. Broad #81/#115 and real policy/production remain separate; closed #114 is not readiness proof.
