Record verified fictional linking/activation and cleanup under #719. This is a documentation-only handoff; do not redeploy the Function or website from it.
Officer impact: supervised screen-only receipt linking and original-term cancellation/expiry verification are available only with fresh specialist-provided disposable fixtures. Real memberships/payments and production remain unavailable.

The release command’s existing generic post-deploy failure remains unqualified. This handoff does not call the command successful/fixed, conceal it, repeat the release or bypass a protection. Independent native evidence qualifies the deployed result.
Validation: documentation diff reviewed as a backup officer with no terminal; exact prerequisites/specialist-only steps, stop/proof/undo/escalation and current/future states identified. git diff --check and release contract7 passed; Functions bundle is unchanged.
