Staging member status, failed-read recovery and exact cleanup are verified. This documentation-only handoff records dated live proof; it does not redeploy unchanged code.
Officer impact: The screen-only guide explains unavailable events, separate signup history, failed refreshes and exact saved retry. Fresh fictional fixtures still require a specialist.

Source/tests are distinguished from native/UI acceptance; failed backend read is not described as offline proof. No code/dependency/workflow/permission change. Do not redeploy for docs-only changes.
