Outcome

Record actual native fictional race acceptance and a gated, no-terminal officer handoff. Documentation only; no runtime, website publication or cloud deployment.

Refs #731. Do not auto-close it: human browser-permission OFF confirmation and final handoff readback are still required.

Officer impact: the guide now separates verified fictional behavior from final acceptance/cleanup prerequisites and real-money/production exclusions. A specialist must supply fresh fake fixtures and a complete dated receipt; no officer runs code or edits records.

Officer documentation: OFFICER_START_HERE.md, docs/officers/README.md, STAGING_COMMUNITY.md, EVENTS_SHOP_MEMBERS.md and SYSTEM_MAPS.md; related root design/security/operations/implementation/backlog checkpoints. Existing links are preserved. Historical source/anonymous-only notes are explicitly dated as historical.

Acceptance evidence

• 38 genuine native evaluations/27 distinct checks: real password Auth/normal App Check, isolated token/caller/schema/current authority/metadata denials, populated private projection, provider refusal of unsupported tenant (no tenant created or valid nondefault token claimed tested).
• Actual member UI lost response only after200/server commit; exact saved Retry recovered one entry/seat/receipt/audit and changed none of six protected native updateTimes. Original join replay did not resurrect cancellation. Revoked caller could not replay.
• Recipient-loss immutable offer replay, changed-content/same-ID denial, owner revoke and exact revoke replay passed. Native records confirm one transition only.
• Two fake accounts/26 exact owned documents removed with identity/create-time/update-time fences and immediate/late absence over29 candidate paths, including profiles. Browser helper/Auth/matching SDK cache cleared/read back; signed out. Unused loopback receiver closed/port refused/zero captures. Human permission OFF confirmation is separately pending, not inferred from server cleanup.

Review and checks

• Only11 Markdown files changed; no app/backend/rules/workflow/lockfile/generated sitemap/build changes.
• git diff --check passed.
• Read-only handoff checker:11 allowed files,6 added local links/anchors, required purpose/approver/prerequisites/steps/result/stop/proof/undo/specialist roles, diagram/text alternative passed.
• node --test tests/ci-workflow.test.js tests/release-workflow.test.js tests/firebase-release-verification.test.js:42 passed,0 failed/skipped.
• Backup-officer read-through: primary flow uses website controls and specialist-supplied proof only; specialist retains fixture supply, provider verification, exact cleanup and rollback. Human handles blocked browser settings directly; never bypass that policy or request secrets in an issue/AI tool.
• Existing exact PR/main six-job CI will be checked before merge; no new workflow or deployment is requested.
