[Bug]: Channel not closed on exception #39

Description

When using the hosted message service listener and while an exception is thrown during the handler function the autorecovery system does not dispose the channel correctly. Sent messages are then lost.
For example; if one exception is thrown the coming first message will not be handled. he second one will. The third is not, so on so fort.
