[Feature]: Implement StateUsageExtensions #183

Description

The StateUsageExtensions class in SysML2.NET/Extend/StateUsageExtensions.cs contains 4 extension method(s) that compute derived properties for the IStateUsage interface. These methods currently throw NotSupportedException and need to be implemented.
