[Feature]: Implement TextualRepresentationExtension #189

Description

The TextualRepresentationExtensions class in SysML2.NET/Extend/TextualRepresentationExtensions.cs contains 1 extension method(s) that compute derived properties for the ITextualRepresentation interface. These methods currently throw NotSupportedException and need to be implemented.
