[Bug]: Show enumeration values by name  #61

Description

Enumeration values are shown as the Properties.OtherContent of the selected literals, for example "Other content for: not applicable" in the Subset026 sample, instead of the names users know. #50 made the selected values visible; this issue is about showing the right text. The library side is STARIONGROUP/reqifsharp#88.

Acceptance criteria

• The viewer shows the LongName of the selected enumeration literals.
• Issue in ReqIFSharp: QueryFormattedValue() returns Properties.OtherContent; decide whether to change it (breaking) or add a name-based method.

Steps to Reproduce

Load requirements-and-objects.reqifz or ProR_Traceability-Template-v1.0.reqif (reqifviewer.Tests/TestData) and look at the pages mentioned above.
