Acceptance criteria

• Blueprint Command palette that searches ids, text and attribute values across all loaded documents; results show the label and the specification; Enter opens the requirement in context.

• Environment (Operating system, version and so on): Windows 11, Chrome
• .NET Framework version: .NET 10
