scoring: distinguish repeated pipeline runs by capture in Markdown #97

The input contract permits the same pipeline on multiple captures of one house, but Markdown tables and named findings label runs only by pipeline. CSV retains the capture ID. Add capture IDs to Markdown run labels and a regression with two captures using the same pipeline. No score or CSV correction is required.
