A full $\langle U \rangle$ matrix element measurement requires 4 combinations of the half-pi pulse phases (initial: 0 vs 180deg, final: 0 vs 90deg). As of now, these are separated into two HDF5 files, each containing 2 phase combinations. We would like to consolidate this into one file, so typically one HDF5 is a 2D array with axes being phase combination and trotterized time steps. After this, the analysis method of such an Experiment object is able to perform data processing (subtraction of curves between initial half pi phases, assembly into complex quadrature) by itself, without managing two HDF5 files.
