Tasks 676-680: the navigate check reads only the last page load, so the orders grid's filter request is never compared #53

For a navigate task whose expected request is a GET, _filter_events_by_criteria keeps only the last page load, and is_navigation_event counts only document requests. Tasks 676-680 expect the request the Sales > Orders grid sends in the background when a status filter is applied, so it is never compared and no browser run can pass. A correct run opens Sales > Orders and sets the filter.

679, both of my agents: expected ^__SHOPPING_ADMIN__/mui/index/render/.*$ with filters[status]=complete and the Orders page as referer; checked instead: GET http://localhost:7780/admin/sales/order/, "Checked 1 event(s) but none matched all expected criteria."

Fix: skip the shortcut when the expected request is not a page load (here mui/index/render), with "last_event_only": false. Related: #42, #46.
