…tch 5) Made the data flow visible to the analyzer where local functions filled captured collections, awaited `ImportVotes` instead of leaving it `async void` and made the `MetadataGuid` hash code immutable. - Passed the collections to `AddParts`, `Take`, `AddTarget` and `AddSeries` as parameters - Added `IsSocketConnectedAsync` to `AniDBUDPConnectionHandler` - Turned `ImportVotes` and `DispatchShutdown` into `Task` methods - Suppressed `S2245` on the seeded benchmark and snapshot data
