Rebuild the default c_elegans chromosome TSB reference from live Ensembl release 100 WBcel235 FASTA and the bundled, unmodified transcript files, using the repository's corrected strand algorithm. All 33,541 bundled transcripts match release 100 exactly in gene ID, chromosome, strand, inclusive coordinates, and biotype, so no transcripts needed to be excluded. Preserve the previously distributed archive byte-for-byte as c_elegans_Legacy.tar.gz. All 100,286,401 registered positions were independently validated against the source FASTA and the expected transcript-derived strand state: zero sequence or strand-state mismatches. 73,962 positions changed strand state relative to the historical archive.
