chore!: drop the store screenshot workflow and the listing track - #16

Store screenshots are uploaded by hand now. This removes flutter-screenshots.yml, the screenshots-task input, the screenshot upload of google_play.py and app_store_submit.py, and the `listing` publish track. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Store screenshots are now uploaded by hand, and SilverTimetable2 stopped using the screenshot workflow in SilverTimetable2#55. No other repository uses it.
