Cube Credentials feature in automation scripts - #6955

After investigating DCP309685, we discovered that the Credentials feature in Automation scripts is not working correctly in Cube 10.6.10 after all (discussed previously in PR#6915). Cube 10.6.11 + Server 10.6.10 is required for saving automation script credentials correctly (fixed unintentionally by RN46251). Server version 10.6.10 requirement remains correct, and interacting with credentials via XML is also fine in 10.6.10. Updated pages where Cube-related actions are mentioned. Wasn't sure about the Warning added to the Cube 10.6.10 release notes, please review/suggest a better alternative (the information present in the Cube 10.6.10 RN is still valid, my idea was to signal that Cube 10.6.11 must be used instead). Thanks.
