What is the feature release version where this first occurs? Or does it only happen on the main release track?

It happens on both tracks. The STaaS cost estimation on a Cassandra setup is supported from DataMiner 10.4.0 [CU17], 10.5.0 [CU5], and feature release 10.5.8 onwards (see the STaaS cost estimation page), and the affected export code is identical in all those versions. So the first feature release where it occurs is 10.5.8. I'll update the affected versions to "DataMiner 10.4.0 [CU17], 10.5.0 [CU5], and 10.5.8 onwards".

Adds a Known Issue page for the DELT export returning unfiltered data (element data, alarms, trend data of other elements/Agents) after a STaaS cost estimation (Test Run) has been run on a Cassandra Cluster system. The state persists until the Agent is restarted; stopping the test run does not clear it.
Affected: DataMiner 10.4.0 [CU17] and later (all 10.5.x / 10.6.x). Confirmed on 10.5 CU13 (customer) and reproduced on 10.6.
Internal reference: DCP309256 (Support Data Core), handed over to squad.create.data-core-turbo for a fix.
