그냥 REFRESH 는 ACCESS EXCLUSIVE 락이 필요해, 이 뷰를 읽던 트랜잭션이 끝날 때까지 기다리는 동안 뒤이은 조회까지 전부 줄 세웠다. 운영 backend 커넥션 풀 고갈 (2026-09-28)에서 0.26초짜리 선석 화물 조회가 286초 걸린 증폭 요인이었다. CONCURRENTLY 는 읽기를 막지 않는다. 필요한 유니크 인덱스(idx_facility_alias_source)는 backend Alembic 0029 가 이미 만든다. 로컬 확인: 읽기 트랜잭션이 열린 상태에서 갱신 0.10초, 갱신 중 새 읽기 0.01초.
