feat(cargo): 시연 충돌 주입 — 실제 배에 이웃과 불호환인 화물 추가, 화물 풀 104종 - #49

- inject_demo_conflicts: 접안선·입항 목록 범위 입항 건 중 이웃 선석(Neo4j ADJACENT_TO, 백엔드와 같은 계산) 재항 화물과 46 CFR 150 호환성 그룹이 부딪히는 화물 1종을 싣는다. 부딪히는 배 10척 유지, 한 물질 최대 2회. bl_no '-D1', cargo_basis '시연-혼재충돌' 로 표시. --no-demo-conflicts 로 끈다
- 합성 화물 후보를 MSDS 104종 풀로(선종·대표화물코드·선석 조건), 같은 선박 화물 판정용
- ulsan_terminals 취급 범위 보강, samples 재생성
