Optimize implement database read replicas with automatic failover for better platform performance.

Current Limitation

    Hi! I'd like to contribute to this issue.

    I have experience developing backend systems, database integrations, and production-ready infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance. I'll implement database read-replica support with automatic failover, including read/write routing, replica health checks, connection handling, and safe fallback to the primary database when a replica becomes unavailable.

    I'll add comprehensive unit and integration tests covering replica selection, failover, recovery, connection failures, and concurrent requests, while targeting the required >80% test coverage. I'll also update the documentation with configuration examples and include performance benchmarks to validate the expected improvements without introducing regressions.
