Sottara treats a message like a transaction: private by default, programmable in what it will accept, and provable in whether it arrived.
- Your inbox, your rules: Programmable policy decides what reaches you, without a platform reading it first.
- Proof of delivery: Delivery is attestable, so a sender can show it arrived and a recipient can prove it did.
- Private by default: Message content is not the product being mined.
