Implemented OpenAPI generation and drift checking. The backend serves the stable v1 Swagger UI at docs; DTO schemas are inferred through the Nest Swagger plugin, and the committed openapi.json contains 97 paths, 111 tagged operations, and 49 schemas. CI now regenerates the spec and fails on drift. See the updated backend README for commands.

I also documented bearer security and request bodies, added an OpenAPI document test, and fixed missing AuthModule imports in KYC and backup modules that prevented application startup.

Validation: backend build passed; all 62 executed test suites passed (611 tests, 15 skipped); OpenAPI drift check passed; targeted lint on changed TypeScript passed. Repo-wide lint reports CRLF/Prettier errors across the Windows checkout, so that check is not clean here.
Closes #845
