   Hi,
   I'd like to work on this issue.

   Why I want to work on it:
   I'm interested in custody and account management logic on Stellar, and this fits directly into the core SDK functionality. Implementing clean helpers with proper event handling is critical for downstream apps to manage custody accounts safely, so I'd love to contribute here.

   Relevant experience:
   -Strong TypeScript / http://Node.js experience, including building SDK-level helper modules

   • Experience with Stellar SDK / Soroban and custody account flows
   • Solid understanding of event-driven architecture - implementing and testing custom events / emitters
   • I follow strict quality standards: zero TS errors, ESLint clean, full test coverage. I will ensure all CI checks pass before requesting review.
   • Experience writing comprehensive unit tests with Jest/Vitest
