…tion service - Add SubscriptionExpiryNotifierService for key-based subscription expiry alerts - Implement daily scheduled worker checking subscriptions expiring within 7 days - Dispatch 7-day warning and 24-hour warning notifications via NotificationService - Skip notification if wallet already meets minimum holding requirement or topped up - Include key name, expiry date, and minimum holding required in notification - Enforce deduplication preventing repeat notifications for same expiry cycle and window - Add KeySubscription model and migrations for schema and notification types - Add unit test suite covering all acceptance criteria
