Add verified invoice document downloads and ZIP export

Summary

Add verified individual downloads and bulk ZIP export for invoice documents, with progress indicators and the invoice-id_document-type_date filename convention.

Also restore missing marketplace imports/component exports and fix existing lint/type issues encountered in those touched paths. Includes the pre-existing package-lock.json worktree change as requested.

Verification

• Focused invoice/IPFS tests: 30 passed
• Scoped ESLint: passed
• Repository CI remains failing on pre-existing issues: clean TypeScript check reports 300 errors, the production build fails on an unrelated PageName type mismatch, and the full test suite has unrelated failures. This PR is draft pending a baseline CI repair.
