feat(events): add q, category, from, to filters to GET /events - #463

Public event listing now accepts optional search filters, combined with AND on top of the existing published/live-org constraints: - q: case-insensitive substring match on event name or venue - category: Industry enum value - from / to: ISO 8601 bounds on startsAt; to must not precede from Adds (status, startsAt) and (status, category, startsAt) indexes so the category and date-range filters plus startsAt ordering are index-backed.
