feat: auto-suffix organization slug when omitted and taken - #465

`slug` is now optional on CreateOrganizationDto. When omitted, it is derived from the organization name and, if already taken, suffixed deterministically with the lowest free `-2`, `-3`, ... so same-name organizations no longer fail with a conflict. An explicitly supplied slug that is taken still returns 409. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
