The README now presents React Glaze as a component library with a five-export overview and points to live material tuning and playback. The demo and contributor guides describe the consolidated Components editor, and the adoption guide distinguishes wrapper callbacks from the morph APIs.
The published npm README already documents all five exports, the new menu/group contracts and playback; no package files or published bytes change in this follow-up. GitHub repository metadata now matches the published package description.
Validation: documentation links resolve, all component names appear in both README entry points, lint and diff checks pass.
