ADR 28: keep detail=full on the body search index (owner's decision) - #324

Conversation
The owner chose on 2 October 2026 to keep the body index at FTS5's detail=full, so phrase search and with it Chinese, Japanese and Korean search keep working, and accepted the disclosure the 30 September correction stated: a D1 copy gives up each indexed body's words in order. ADR 28, the d1-fts5-search receipt and docs/message-search.md say so. No code changed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Records the owner's decision of 2 October 2026: the body index stays
detail=full(phrase and CJK search keep working; the disclosure a D1 copy gives is accepted). Docs only: ADR 28, the receipt, docs/message-search.md, docs/history.md.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
