feat(dashboard): export the filtered view with more columns

The dashboard's "Export CSV" button previously exported the entire stream history regardless of active filters or search input. Additionally, the export was missing Stream ID, Rate per second, and Remaining duration columns, and lacked a UTF-8 BOM, causing Excel to corrupt non-ASCII NGO names.

This PR updates the export to adhere to active filtering and expands the export columns with UTF-8 BOM encoding.

Changes

• In src/lib/csv.ts:
  • Prefixed output with UTF-8 BOM (\uFEFF) for correct character encoding in spreadsheet applications.
  • Added headers and data columns for Stream ID, Rate per second, and Remaining.
  • Formatted remaining duration via formatRemainingDuration.
• In src/app/dashboard/page.tsx:
  • Updated "Export CSV" button handler to pass filteredStreams instead of all streams, ensuring active status filters (ALL, ACTIVE, CANCELLED) and on-chain stream ID searches are respected.
• Added tests in:
  • src/lib/csv.test.ts: Added tests verifying UTF-8 BOM prefix, non-ASCII characters, and new column rows.
  • src/app/dashboard/page.test.tsx: Added tests verifying CSV export with ACTIVE filter, ALL filter, and stream ID search queries.

How to Test

1. Run npx vitest run src/lib/csv.test.ts src/app/dashboard/page.test.tsx.
2. On /dashboard, apply a filter or search and verify that clicking "Export CSV" outputs only the visible streams with all columns formatted.
