Outcome
Remove the second Von Google sign-in behind the explicitly configured Cloudflare Access hostname. Independently verify RS256 issuer/audience/time/human identity, then resolve only governed hasVonLoginEmail. No automatic provisioning or organisation grants.
Scope and evidence
Opt-in, fail-closed public-host middleware; cross-host/session actor isolation; fixed Access logout redirect; environment/runbook docs. Existing local/Tailscale authentication is retained. 34 targeted cryptographically signed-token and Google-proxy route tests pass; git diff --check passes.
Release decision
Merge-ready subject to required CI: targeted evidence covers forged/missing/wrong issuer/audience/signature, unbound or ambiguous actor, service identity, actor change, disabled/direct-host cookie and unsafe session secret boundaries. Deployment completion remains pending normal live Google-issued Access JWT -> governed actor -> authenticated UI read-back, plus live denial checks. Rollback is disabling the SSO flag, retaining Access and connector validation; this restores the existing two-login path. This is a narrow personal pilot, not a general production security certification.
User separately authorised merge and deployment to Mac and DGX. Mobile UI work is tracked separately in JVNAUTOSCI-1192.
