Follow-on deployment blocker for JVNAUTOSCI-2738 / #597. Normal public browser showed new backend aeb2f6f but executed old main.js (observed stack line555 vs new source line568), retaining SAIL.
Prefix template-generated static URLs with a hash of runtime release version; relative ES-module imports inherit the release prefix. Reject mismatched release prefixes rather than serving changed bytes under an old URL. Existing literal static URLs remain for compatibility; no authentication/cache permission loosening.
55 targeted tests pass: version URL changes, relative imports, old release/traversal denial, existing JWT/org/prefs route tests. Merge ready; actual public browser organisation verification remains deployment acceptance. No mobile changes or new model requests.
