Merge decision: ready — native project search returns the complete accessible task set without treating the operator identity as search criteria; both required CI checks passed.
User outcome
A KKAT project search returned only 12 of its 33 accessible tasks because stdio injected the configured actor as both assignee and creator filters. Removing those unintended filters exposed a second failure: full imported metadata exceeded the response limit.
Material changes
Keep optional assignee and creator filters separate from the configured authenticated actor. Return task summaries, description previews and source identities through stdio search; full details remain available through task_get and the retained-original tool. Document this result shape.

Evidence
Ship boundary
Minimum criteria are correct project enumeration, preserved explicit person filters, unchanged authenticated actor and canonical access checks, and usable bounded search responses. An identity override, missing accessible task or transport failure on the checked project blocks this repair. Bulk migration completion, source availability dispositions and writer cutover remain separate outstanding work in 2737.
