An ordinary Von conversation could create a coding task but failed when assigning it to Codex DGX: task continuation permitted only the creator or Von as assignee. Allow the task creator to select an explicitly represented coding agent when both creator and agent have live membership of the authenticated organisation. Retain task visibility, creator, organisation and report-recipient boundaries; assignment does not grant conversation access or enlarge the worker's execution authority.
Validation: 18 focused continuation tests passed, including the trusted model-payload path, canonical read-back, same-org coding-agent assignment, and non-agent, missing-membership, non-creator and cross-org denials. Test lint, targeted catalogue syntax lint and diff checks passed. A read-only candidate check against live DGX membership admits Codex DGX in SAIL and denies personal scope.
Release decision: ready after required CI. Deployment and canonical replay of the existing web-created task are authorised follow-through for JVNAUTOSCI-2740. The desktop tray is already delivered in #617; this change repairs task handoff without implementing it again.
