Merge decision: ready — coding agents have explicit guidance to report major blockers, significant milestones and completion through Von alongside the normal interface, with a route to the verified delivery configuration.
User outcome
Future coding conversations can find the working Von message route without repeating the local-instance identity failure encountered during JVNAUTOSCI-2737. Michael explicitly requested these reports and persistence of the configuration.
Material changes
Extend AGENTS.md's existing completion-report rule to Michael's blockers and milestones, and route agents to the messaging runbook. Document separate interactive/DGX identities, canonical recipient read-back, idempotent retries and recovery when the local database lacks the destination identity. Host-specific configuration and delivery receipts stay in the operator's personal AGENTS.md and private files.
Evidence
Documentation diff and new links/anchors checked; operator paths checked against the working configuration. The existing helper delivered a Codex VS Code message with canonical recipient read-back, and the hourly schedule's first check completed without duplicate delivery. No application code changed.
Ship boundary
The change records the user's reporting authority and existing verified route. It does not create identities, change memberships, activate workers or alter migration/cutover status. JVNAUTOSCI-2737 remains in progress.
