Phone and foldable users can keep user/organisation controls visible, access secondary footer information through Info, and compose above the footer and on-screen keyboard. The candidate preserves the updated unified Conversations list and desktop composer.

Merge decision changes — accepted and merged. Both CI checks passed; final authenticated acceptance passed on afd06a0. Merged origin/main is eb14561, with an identical tree. The isolated AgentTest server was stopped successfully. Mac coordinator receipt confirms eb14561 deployed and healthy, with matching served assets, at 2026-09-12T00:09:33Z. Receipt: /tmp/von-mobile-mac-deployment-receipt.json. DGX deployment is requested through the controller result and has not yet been claimed. No backend, authentication, model-routing, migration or infrastructure changes.

Changes:

• Rebase onto unified Conversations main e9e6c03, preserving measured desktop footer clearance, profiles, drafts and steering.
• Scope layout additions to narrow screens or coarse-pointer screens no wider than 1024px. Restore the original footer DOM order on desktop.
• Keep user and organisation visible; retain secondary footer controls and live values under mobile Info.
• Keep chat and unified-message composers clear of the measured footer and visual keyboard viewport without recreating drafts. Retain narrow Settings/concept sizing and safe-area handling.

Evidence on DGX, 11 September 2026:

• 22 targeted Jest tests pass; changed-JavaScript static lint, browser-script syntax and diff whitespace checks pass.
• Six production-template responsive profiles pass: phone, folded, tablet, unfolded, landscape and desktop.
• Desktop chat, concept and Settings screenshots matched pixel-for-pixel against the updated origin/main CSS and layout calculation with animations disabled. No new desktop layout rules.
• The older composerControls fixture fails its desktop tray assertion with both candidate and unchanged main CSS. Merge decision does not change: this is a baseline fixture failure, not a demonstrated candidate regression.
• Real Browser test login, organisation switching and dedicated Workflow Reviewer fixture navigation work. Actual send, reload/read-back, all six viewport/draft-retention checks, mobile Info/organisation controls and Settings access passed on final candidate afd06a0.
• tests/browser/mobileAuthenticated.cjs asserts the server SHA, authenticates through the visible gate, checks six sizes, sends a labelled message only to the dedicated Workflow Reviewer fixture and verifies read-back after reload. /von/generate is blocked throughout; no paid model calls.
• Evidence: /tmp/von-mobile-evidence/resumed/. The operator-supplied AgentTest launcher recovered and now serves the exact final candidate on port 5010.

Delivery boundary:

• Stop ship: inaccessible login/send/navigation, lost drafts, hidden essential controls, scope/auth regression or desktop breakage.
• Following final acceptance and CI, merge, await the Mac coordinator receipt at /tmp/von-mobile-mac-deployment-receipt.json, then request DGX controller deployment using the exact merged origin/main SHA.
• Physical Pixel keyboard/microphone and public human OAuth remain untested. The controller owns native task updates and completion messages.
