Native browser zoom squeezed the language badge into multiple lines and let the fixed footer cover the chat composer. Allow footer groups to wrap, keep the language badge atomic, and use the existing measured footer height for composer clearance and page spacing. Preserve the mobile Info panel and existing resize observers.
Validation: 13 focused frontend tests passed (dynamic layout, organisation switching, compact identity labels and build information); syntax and diff checks passed. Added a read-only headed Chromium native-zoom harness. Chromium 153.0.8010.12, fixed 1600x1000 outer window, real X Ctrl+equal/Ctrl+0: 100/125/150/200/reset100, plus a 360x640 neighbouring viewport. Baseline reproduced the split en-NZ label and composer overlap; candidate checks layout bounds, measured clearance, draft preservation, cost details, organisation menu and model-settings access. Generation is disabled in the authenticated localhost fixture.
Evidence is retained in the worker checkout under
.run/footer-final-baseline/,.run/footer-final-candidate/and.run/footer-committed-candidate/(receipts and PNGs). Browser acceptance is local fixture evidence; public DGX deployment is requested through the worker controller after merge. Jira: JVNAUTOSCI-2753.
