Adds Deployed as a task status with its own lane, filter, transitions and presentation. Completed still means finished work; Deployed additionally records delivery to the target runtime. Existing task statuses and history are retained, and deployed work is excluded from active/overdue counts.
DGX-assigned cards and detail views now show “Delegated to Codex DGX” without implying execution. The global inspector has an accessible Close task details action and Escape dismissal with focus returned to the task card. Explicit dismissal persists through board refreshes while initial automatic selection remains available.
Validation: 42 task-panel Jest tests, 75 targeted backend tests, static lint (no errors; three existing unused-catch warnings), and an isolated browser fixture using candidate UI/CSS at 1440px and 390px. Browser coverage includes lanes, delegation, status filtering, clearing, keyboard reopening and focus restoration. This is synthetic fixture acceptance, not live authenticated acceptance. No deployment is requested by this task.
