Messaging rows currently expose a separate pin/hide dialog and lack a touch menu button or copyable conversation Concept ID. This change uses the shared, mobile-width-bounded menu with open, pin/hide, participant profile, structured reference and Copy Concept ID actions.

Copy Concept ID lazily creates a private reference through the canonical concept service after verifying the authenticated actor can read the exact participant/organisation exchange. The stable per-actor reference retains the retrieval locator, copies no transcript, and is read back before success. Reuse checks source access again.

Validation: 21 targeted backend tests and 30 frontend tests passed; static JS lint and diff checks passed. Production UI modules/styles in a synthetic HTTP browser fixture passed touch, keyboard/focus, both clipboard actions and no menu overflow at 320, 448 and 1280px. Authenticated live storage and physical Android clipboard were not exercised.

Related screenshot paste investigation found the ordinary chat extraction already handles items/files, while message attachments remain separate work in #650 (mobile picker/recovery in #658). Screenshot file copies were not found in the worker actor scope; no screenshot bytes or native Android failure reproduction were available. This PR does not claim to fix that incident. No deployment requested.
