Conversation-uploaded screenshots are readable by their uploader but were unavailable to assigned coding workers, leaving screenshot-based reviews repeatedly blocked. Add an explicit operator configuration allowing the controller to retrieve source images referenced by a currently authorised native task using its delegator's access, then stage private copies with original IDs, verified hashes and delegation provenance.
The grant defaults off and does not change the public file API or expose owner credentials to coding runs. Fresh canonical assignment and source references constrain the handoff; unrelated conversation/model context, reassignment, cancelled tasks, non-images and checksum failures do not receive staged owner images. The same function supports DGX and interactive Mac adapters.
Validation: 92 worker/inbox tests passed, including 12 delegation boundary cases. The live candidate staged all four screenshots for
#V#task_agent_df8c267afe561609bb0d7db94fd97634through the controller with matching canonical SHA-256 values; ordinary DGX reads had failed while owner reads succeeded. Diff checks passed. Worker activation is authorised and will use the coherent release installer after merge; the public server does not need a restart.Merge decision: ready for required CI. Remaining limitation: previously staged bytes remain execution evidence; reassignment prevents a new handoff but does not erase earlier copies. Authority: Michael's Von messages of 13 September 2026, 18:08 UTC, explicitly covering his assignments to Codex DGX and Codex VS Code.
