Individual chat turns had stable compact references and a copy button, but no context menu. Add Copy turn reference on right-click, Shift+F10 and the Context Menu key for user and assistant turns, reusing the existing server-authorised reference lookup and clipboard action. Preserve native link, editable-field and selected-text menus, and restore keyboard focus when the menu closes.
The existing format uses the conversation concept identity plus the UTF-8 hex encoding of the stored turn ID. No new identity format, access grant or backend authority is introduced. Entries without a resolvable stored turn continue to report unavailability rather than copy a fabricated locator.
Validation: 293 chat Jest tests; 9 compact-reference backend tests (including renamed/reordered sources, denied access, missing and duplicate turns); changed-file static lint; diff checks; Chromium fixture using the actual chat renderer, menu and clipboard, including reload stability and failure feedback. The browser fixture is not live authenticated-server acceptance. No deployment requested.
Merge decision: ready; targeted regression and browser evidence support this bounded UI change.
