Summary
Messages now shows an overlapping-sheets Copy icon with an accessible name, hover title, visible keyboard focus and touch-device text fallback. Success/failure appears in a live status; clipboard fallback restores focus. The accompanying audit records why other payload-specific or unfamiliar actions retain their labels.
